Student’s Project Compares Dwayne The Rock Johnson to an Actual Rock and It Is Awesome

(Reddit / source)

There’s nothing better than when a student decides to get creative with a class project. Of course, a lot of kids use their creativity to get out of doing extra work. Some will find “creative” ways to cheat, or get a little sassy when answering a worksheet. But sometimes, a student will simply do this for, well, the sake of creativity.

Take this fifth grader who found a way to combine two of his favorite things into a school science project: Dwayne The Rock Johnson and an actual rock.

Does that sound incredibly silly? Sure. But you really gotta see it to understand it.

The project was first posted on Reddit by an anonymous user who we can only assume is the kid’s teacher or some other child care-taker.

“One of the fifth-graders I work with made this in his science class. It wasn’t even for a grade,” states the single caption attached to the image. By now I’m sure you’re dying to see this imaginative science project:

See? Creativity at its finest. Plus, it shows the kid’s got a solid understanding of some scientific concepts, like the difference between biotic and abiotic. Maybe they’ve got a real future in biology or environmental science. We could always use more scientists, that’s for sure.

They’ve also outlined some of the key similarities between both “rocks.” Both are “bald” and both are “superstrong.” I don’t really have the heart to tell this kid Dwayne Johnson might not be wholly indestructible, but then again, maybe they’re on to something. Lots of Reddit users certainly seem to agree:

All the win with these. The image got so popular that even The Rock himself tweeted about it:

This kid sounds like he’s going somewhere.
