Which ‘Loca’ Singer Fathered These Handsome Twin Boys?

Those Ricky Martin twins and tales of surrogacy are all there in the April issue of Spain’s Vanity Fair. The “Livin’ la Vida Loca” singer is photographed for the cover with his 3-year-old twins Matteo and Valentino whom arrived via surrogate in 2008. On surrogacy, he tells the publication:

“I would give my life for the woman who helped me bring my sons into this world.”
