California-based Hocean is recalling its Nitre Powder 4oz plastic bags because they may be contaminated with high levels of sodium nitrate, which could lead to serious illness, even death. Of course, the chances of your kids being affected are low, but news like this is yet another reminder why we should be using reusable snack and sandwich bags in the first place.
