Lots of new parents send out birth announcements, letting friends and family know that their new little bundle of joy has arrived. Some people do simple, while others get really clever and fancy. A couple on Facebook wanted to share their good news with the world, so they posted some pictures as a Life Event, and announced the arrival of their, uh, newest family member. “On 1/10/18 we welcome our first baby kitten, a neutered male DLH. He is 22″ long and weighed 6 pounds 7 oz. He is already eating solid food. Name to be announced. We are so in love.” I am crying, this is so beautiful and funny.
“He is already eating solid food.” I can’t. How many announcements have you seen that reference how well the new baby is nursing? This is brilliant.
The couple shared every darling detail of their new fur baby, right down to his length and weight. Really, they checked all the boxes on a perfect birth announcement! It sounds like the proud parents are well-equipped and ready to take on the challenges a new kitten can bring.
