Kim Zolciak Quits The Real Housewives In A Very Pregnant, Public, And Lucrative Huff

Brace yourself for all the “what a crazy hormonal lady!” claims to come out of this one. As is the lucrative formula on Real Housewives, the Atlanta ladies got into a tiff at a restaurant. The meal turned heated when the other cast members began discussing Kim Zolciak‘s punctuality — particularly since she got married.

The then mother of three (now four since she welcomed Kash Kade Biermann in August 2012) explains that she has “a lot going on” since marrying Kroy Biermann and having her third child Kroy Jagger Biermann, Jr. What follows is a lot of yammering about who was late to the nail salon and who can’t go on lavish international trips. Such problems!

But as the argument escalates, Kim finally removes her microphone and exits, only to reportedly be confronted by a producer and a camera man. Hubby Kroy apparently intervened, threatening to sue Bravo.

Neverthless, I’m fairly certain that Bravo is far from upset given that this single episode was the highest rated episode in the Atlanta season. Three million people tuned in to watch Kim formally ditch the show, which means somewhere in those Bravo offices, someone is noting that pregnant belly plus “bitch” punctuated drama plus dramatic exit equals ratings gold. No wonder they’re giving this mother of four her own show.
