Fans Are Speculating That Jinger Duggar Vuolo May Be Unable to Have Kids
Jinger Duggar Vuolo and her husband Jeremy have been married for over a year. Typically, for a Duggar girl, they would have a baby or one on the way by now. But there doesn’t seem to be a bun in the oven or one on the horizon for the couple, leading fans to speculate that maybe it’s not happening for the couple.

For most couples, not having a baby within the first year of marriage wouldn’t be out of the ordinary. But for Jinger Duggar Vuolo, it’s contrary to the path her siblings and parents went down.
Jinger has long been considered the “rebel” Duggar girl. She began wearing pants shortly after marrying Jeremy, and the couple seem to march to the beat of their own drum. But even if she rebels in little ways like wearing pants, not having babies right away is a pretty big deal. The Duggar family is part of the Quiverfull movement of Christianity, and reproduction (LOTS OF REPRODUCTION) is central to their beliefs.
Fans got excited recently when Jeremy posted a picture of the couple with the caption “Sugar and spice. Think about it.”

The caption seems to be a nod to the nursery rhyme about little girls being sugar and spice and everything nice. Was it a pregnancy announcement? But judging by Jinger’s figure, it seems unlikely. And Jeremy said recently in an interview, when asked about kids, that it was a “touchy subject”. Could it be that they’re just waiting until they’re ready? Wouldn’t be the worst thing in the world. Or, could it be that they’re struggling to conceive? Considering how fertile the Duggar’s appear to be, we can certainly understand how that would be difficult to talk about.
Either way, we hope Jinger and Jeremy are able to start the family they want when they want to start it. We can’t imagine the pressure of being part of a family that pushes having kids so much.
