Happy Birthday Hunter Moore! Your Present Is To Pay BullyVille $250,000!

Score one for the good guys, revenge porn fan and butthurt cyber-bully Hunter Moore has had a judgement placed against him where he has to pay James McGibney of Bullyville.com $250,000. Hunter Moore had said some very not defamatory things about McGibney and his family in the past, including accusing McGibney of child pornography and threatening to “rape my (McGibney) wife while my kids watched” and McGibney filed a defamation lawsuit against Moore and won the case.

Now, yeah, it’s common knowledge that Moore doesn’t have any money at present, he frequently skips out on legal bills and allegedly still lives with his parents. But this will certainly affect any money he does make in the future, from his book deals, his reality TV show he always brags about being in development, and anything else his agents at William Morris secure for him. What will happen to this money? According to James McGibney:

All of the money that we win from these multiple lawsuits against you will be donated to battered women’s shelters across the United States. Let this serve as a constant reminder to you that it’s never right, under any circumstance, to hit or disrespect a woman.

And BullyVille also plans on filing a class action lawsuit with anyone who has been victimized by Hunter Moore and his revenge porn.

  We are also putting together a class action lawsuit against Hunter, on behalf of all the victims from Isanyoneup or any other social media that he used to directly harass and intimidate people.  We’re doing this mostly for the completely powerless, underage women who were verbally harassed after Hunter posted their completely naked, unedited photos on his site.

Some people are happily posting their own special brand of birthday wishes to Hunter including #OpHunterGore which is awful and hilarious and includes the worst types of photos you could ever imagine (Um, yeah, note the word “gore”, and I’m sure Hunter is so used to getting pics of naked booty he doesn’t expect pics of decapitated heads):

So yeah, good on you Bullyville and good on all of the other people who continue to tell Moore that posting pictures of women without their permission, making racist, sexist and bigoted statements and being a mega douche isn’t tolerated.
