10 Reasons Why Vegas Is Not Just For Your Early 20’s

1. Amazing restaurants

A vacation without great food? No, thanks. Vegas has you covered in the delicious department. It’s famous for its Celebrity Chefs, juicy steaks (if that’s your dining goal, check out BRAND Steakhouse on the strip) but it’s certainly not the only option in the city. Whether you’re into sushi, tapas, or even just a fantastic slice of pizza, Vegas has something for everyone. And, like nearly everything in Vegas, the restaurants have a tendency to be bigger, bolder, and more atmospheric, making your dining experience both tasty and unique.

2. Sweet suites

One benefit of hitting Vegas when you’re out of your early 20s? More funds to stay at one of the more lavish hotel suites that the city has to offer. With a little extra cash in your pocket you may be able to convince friends to stay in a place as swanky as this room in the MGM Grand Hotel.

3. Lots of R&R

Vegas has a notoriously wild reputation but there’s another side of Vegas that totally promotes chilling out. Hit a Vegas hotel spa for some ”me” time or lounge by one of Vegas’ cool pools with a Pina Colada in hand.

4. Shopping

Bring back some goodies for friends (or just yourself). Hit The Grand Canal Shoppes at the Venetian/The Palazzo. You can stock up on all your Las Vegas Souvenirs to bring back home to your family.

5. Fun nightlife

There are a ton of fun bars and lounges to hit in Vegas that are a bit more laid back than their nightclub counterparts. Throw a few strikes at Brooklyn Bowl, grab a whiskey at one of the world’s smallest bars, or watch the Rock of Ages cast sing some of the show’s hits at The Bourbon Room at the Venetian.

6. Music

Las Vegas is packed with amazing concerts and shows and you’ll be certain to find an artist that you want to see when you’re there.

7. A taste of Broadway

Far from the Big Apple? You won’t need to take a separate trip in order to hit up some of Broadway’s best shows. Vegas has you covered with shows like Jersey Boys and Rock of Ages.

8. Adventurous activities

You’re an adult now, and you’re brave. Isn’t it time you proved that by zip-lining, or racing your friends in a real-life race car? How about by taking a ride on the New York, New York roller coaster? (FYI, just because you’re an adult doesn’t mean you aren’t allowed to scream your head off on that thing.)

9. The casinos

Now that you’re out of your early 20s, you probably have mastered your poker face. Prove it by playing at one of Vegas’ many casinos.

10. To be a kid again

Take a trip to M&Ms World on the strip. M&M’s World features more than 7,000 gifts, souvenirs and edible delights. And, only in Vegas, can you catch the free 3-D movie, “I LOST MY ‘M’ in VEGAS” starring Red and Yellow.
