Gisele Bundchen’s 5-Year-Old Niece Launches Fashion Line, Says To Go Heavy On The Butterflies
Having an aunt like Gisele Bundchen most likely comes with all kinds of glamorous perks. But who knew you only had to be five years old to start reaping them? Duda Bundchen, the daughter of Gisele’s sister, is already a child model for Brazilian line Brandili Mundi. But after her stint behind the flashing bulbs, Duda’s interest in fashion — or perhaps her celebrity connections — must have caught the eye of someone because now the tot is promoting a new solo show.
The little girl apparently had a lot to say about the aesthetic of her eco-friendly children’s collection “Duda Bundchen For Brandili Mundi“:
“She told us about her preferences on prints, cuts and details, and based on the briefing we received from her we came up with a collaborative collection. The pieces were all approved by Duda, whose romantic inspiration will no doubt catch girls’ eyes,” says Germano Costa, the commercial and marketing director of Brandili Textil, the parent company to Brandili Mundi.
Duda filled a Spanish website in on her style predilections, reportedly saying:
“The colors I like best in clothes are blue and pink. I love butterflies.”
The mini entrepreneur naturally modeled in the campaign promoting the looks which will be available this July. But between consulting and modeling, Duda is apparently also reserving a portion of her profits for kids with special needs — a that decision was perhaps her own, her parents’, or her management’s. Either way, Gisele better prepare to share some space on that billionaire list with her ambitious niece.
