New Images From Game of Thrones Season 7 Episode 6 Released to Hold You Over Til Sunday

By now, you may have heard there was another HBO leak that resulted in the penultimate episode of Game of Thrones Season 7 being released to the masses. Heck, you might have already even watched it. Or maybe you’re still just thinking about it. I know I’m still sitting tightly. Well, for those who are still feeling particularly patient, there’s at least some good news. HBO has released a number of new images from Game of Thrones Season 7 Episode 6 to hold you over until Sunday. And if we take a little time to analyze them, we might be able to decipher some of what we’ll be seeing over the weekend.

What’s happening in Game of Thrones Season 7 Episode 6

In the top left, we see Jon looking particularly unsettled. That’s not entirely surprising considering he’s going to be going head to head with a number of the undead (a.k.a. the White Walkers). My guess is this is him actually seeing the Walkers coming toward him, and chances are it’s not just a single one.

Then there’s that image on the top right of Sansa reading a letter, with Brienne in the background. Last we checked, Littlefinger was plotting something mischievous to ensure strain between Sansa and her sister Arya. Could this letter be related to that scroll Arya found in Littlefinger’s room? Could it be a letter from Cersei Lannister, who might actually be coming around to a temporary alliance? Or maybe it’s from Dany and Tyrion, letting Sansa know that Jon and co. have gone beyond the wall. Either way, Sansa doesn’t look too pleased. Here’s hoping she doesn’t send Brienne off on an equally dangerous mission (though honestly, Brienne should’ve been part of that squad as one of the baddest women of Westeros).

On the bottom right, we see the squad, including Gendry, Thoros of Myr, Jorah, Tormund, and Jon. But uhm…we are missing two other vital characters in this image. Could that mean what we all fear? Hopefully not, and maybe they’re busy carrying the White Walker somewhere in the bakground (since the mission was to bring one back, after all). Here’s hoping.

And finally, on the bottom left, an image of Dany, Tyrion, and 2 dragons. But wait, where’d the third dragon? And why is Dany wearing that white dress? Could that indicate something big is about to happen? Are she and Tyrion about to ride those amazing creatures?

There’s a few more images available, and OMG, it’s going to be a good episode.

Are you looking forward to seeing what’s going to happen? Any theories? Let us know in the comments.
