UPDATE: The Family Of The Boston Marathon Suspects Have Very Conflicting Views On Them

unclePolice are on the hunt for 19-year-old Dzhokhar A. Tsarnaev after killing his 26-year-old brother, Tamerlan Tsarnaev, in a police shootout.  But in piecing together the portrait of these fraternal Boston Marathon bombing suspects, certain details from family members depict them as a perfect angel versus complete loser duo. Literally.

The young man’s uncle, Ruslan Tsarni, describes the now deceased Tamerlan as a “loser,” but admittedly has not spoken with the boys since 2009. He says that the brothers immigrated to the states from Russia around 2000 or 2001 and have lived in Cambridge ever since.  Dzhokhar was attending college.

But when learning that the elder of his two nephews had been killed by police, Uncle Tsarni had exactly this to say:

”He deserved his. He absolutely deserved his,” Tsarni said. ”They do not deserve to live on this earth.”

Nevertheless, he remains “shocked” to learn that his nephews are suspected of being involved in the Boston Marathon bombings.

Square that startling characterization however with the description that the father, Anzor Tsarnaev, had to say about his remaining son:

“My son is a true angel,” the elder Tsarnaev said. “Dzhokhar is a second-year medical student in the U.S. He is such an intelligent boy. We expected him to come on holidays here.”

UPDATE:

According to an aunt, Tamerlan Tsarnaev was a father.

Ruslan Tsarni told a flock of reporters that his brother, the boys’ father, had little influence on them but worked very hard to give them American opportunities. He also suggested that his nephews never felt quite settled in America:
