Time really does fly, doesn't it? Especially when it comes to young kids who've grown up in the spotlight. One day they're adorable toddlers and the next, they're adults (who, in many cases, look like carbon copies of their parents. Just look at Reese Witherspoon and Ava Phillippe!).
We've loved seeing these celebrity kids transform over the years because it often felt like we were taking that journey right along with them. But more importantly, we got to see famous faces like Paris Jackson and Jaden Smith mature into such awesome young adults, and many of them ended up following in the footsteps of their parents! How cool is that? Take a look at how they've all grown up (FYI, some of these will make you feel really old):
The model, actress, and philanthropist is already in her mid-20s. Aside from her acting and modeling career, she partnered with a foundation called Girl Up! to help empower young girls from developing countries. She's also involved in the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), which aims to raise awareness and help those who live with mental illnesses.
As for what she's up to now, she recently signed with CAA and stars as the DJ on a musical game show called Beat Shazam. Oh, and her dad, Jamie Foxx, is the host!
He's only 17 years old, but he has already worked alongside his mom, Angelina Jolie, as an executive producer on the film First They Killed My Father. In an interview, he said that he wanted to be as helpful as possible while working on set, and he also mentioned that his mom was "fun, funny, and easy to work with.” Sounds like the beginning of a beautiful partnership!
He had his very first acting role when he was just four. But now, 21, he's an actor, rapper, and songwriter with two EPs, an album, and several acting credits under his belt. He's currently working on his second studio album, which he announced only a month after the release of his first. It's called Erys and it'll be released later this year. (Will Smith and Jada Pinkett must be so proud...)
It's safe to say that talent runs in this family. Willow, Jaden's younger sister, is now 18-years-old. She's a singer, dancer, and actress who has appeared in projects like I Am Legend and True Jackson, VP. She also released two albums, and for her second (called The 1st), she toured with Jhene Aiko, St. Beauty, and Kitty Cash. Impressive stuff and she only just got the right to legally vote! Now that's crazy!
Well, we all know about David and Victoria Beckham’s eldest son (since he grew up in the public eye with his parents). Brooklyn is now 20 and has been in high-profile relationships with stars like actress Chloë Grace Moretz and singer Madison Beer. He initially wanted to be a soccer player like dad, but then he switched gears and decided to pursue photography. He published a book of photographs, entitled What I See, in 2017.
Jude Law’s look-alike son, Rafferty, is now 23 years old and has a girlfriend named Clementine Linieres. Nowadays, he's a well-known model and musician who plays multiple instruments, including the guitar, piano, bass, drums, and keyboard. He also co-founded an art, music, and clothing collective called "Something to Hate On," and he likes to DJ in his spare time.
Iris is now 17 and she's best known for her role as Arya in Netflix's Love. Following in the footsteps of her parents Leslie Mann and Judd Apatow, the actress made her film debut when she was only five. She worked with her mom and her sister (Maude Apatow) in the film Knocked Up, which was directed by her dad. Doesn't she look so much like her mama these days?!
Maude, Iris's older sister, is now 21. She also had her acting debut in the film Knocked Up, where she actually played Iris's big sister. She did play a minor role in The 40-Year Old Virgin before working on Knocked Up, but it was uncredited because her scene got cut. Since then, she has appeared in films like Pitch Perfect 2 and Funny People. But her most impressive role to-date is on the HBO hit series, Euphoria, co-starring Zendaya.
Model Cindy Crawford’s little girl isn't so little anymore. Kaia is now 18-years-old and has followed in her mom's footsteps after getting signed by IMG Models. She has appeared in magazines like Vogue, Teen Vogue, and Vogue Paris (where she landed her first solo cover). She also acted in one film in 2016 called Sister Cities, but we're sure there's more where that comes from!
You probably recognize her from Nick Jonas’s music video "Chains," where she played the singer's love interest. Sean Penn and Robin Wright’s daughter, Dylan, is now 28 years old. Aside from collaborating with the Jonas Brother for his video, Dylan has worked on several modeling campaigns. She also landed a few other acting roles in films like Condemned and Elvis & Nixon.
The daughter of the late, great actor, Robin Williams, is now 30 years old. She's an actress who began her career when she was only five (she appeared in In Search of Dr. Seuss). But aside from doing live-action projects, she also does voice acting. She has worked on Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, The Legend of Kora, and Transformers: Cyberverse. She also appeared on an episode of Jane The Virgin and wrote and directed short film called Shrimp.
Sosie is 27-years-old and an actress, just like her parents Kevin Bacon and Kyra Sedgwick. Interestingly enough, they never wanted her to pursue acting, but it turned out that Sosie was genuinely interested in pursuing it as a career and following in their footsteps even without the help of her 'rents. You might have seen her in 13 Reasons Why, Story of a Girl, and Here and Now.
Lenny Kravitz and Lisa Bonet’s daughter, Zoë Kravitz, is now 30 and she's an accomplished actress, model, and singer. You might recognize her from projects like Big Little Lies, Californication, X-Men: First Class, and Divergent. As for her music career, she formed a band called Lolawolf and they released an album called Calm Down. The group also got to tour with stars like Miley Cyrus and Lily Allen.
The 18-year-old is now a model and actor, just like her dad! And get this: She also sings (the star lent some of her vocals for the Yoga Hosers Soundtrack)! In 2015, Lily-Rose spoke out on her sexuality after people began to identify her as queer, saying that she was sexually fluid and preferred not to use labels. She also dated a fellow model named Ash Stymest for two years, but the two recently broke up.
Carys is now 16 and she's starting to look so much like her mom, Catherine Zeta-Jones. In fact, Catherine once posted a picture of Carys to her Instagram and most of her followers mistook Carys for a throwback photo of her! We don't blame them, though. Especially since the two could pass for sisters. She's all smiles with her dear old dad, Michael Douglas in this red carpet photo on the right.
Lori Loughlin’s older daughter, Isabella Rose (pictured on the left in the second photo), is now 20 and Olivia Jade is now 20. Both girls have some experience with acting (Isabella has appeared in Freeform's Alone Together and Olivia is known for Darkside Stories). But aside from acting, Olivia is actually a popular beauty influencer on YouTube. In addition to posting skincare advice and makeup tutorials, Olivia also posts fun Q&A sessions and occasionally does videos with her mom. You can check out her channel here! Probably the thing they're most well-known for today, though, is that their mom and dad, Lori and Mossimo Giannulli, allegedly bribed USC officials and pretended the girls were on the rowing team to secure their admission to the university.
The daughter of the late David Bowie is now 19 years old and goes by "Lexi." The teen has been keeping her personal life relatively private. Though she did run an old Instagram account (@lexlex.jonesy) that's still public to this day, earlier this year she created a new and private one exclusively for people that she knows IRL. She claimed it was because things were "getting chaotic" (which we can definitely understand) having everybody know the intimate details of her life. Sometimes we gotta remember that celebrity kids didn't choose this life.
Madonna’s 23-year-old daughter Lourdes, is a singer, author, and fashion designer who works very closely with her mom. The two wrote a children's book together, started a clothing line called "Material Girl," and even worked on music together (Lourdes did background vocals for Madonna's MDNA album). Lourdes also enrolled at the exact same college that her mom did (the University of Michigan). Apple doesn't fall too far from the tree!
Rocco, Lourdes's younger half-brother (and the son of Guy Ritchie), is now 19. Wow. He has worked with his mom, but not as often as his sister does. He tagged along with the pop star on her Rebel Heart tour and even danced on her MDNA tour, but it seemed like he preferred to stay behind the scenes. He and his parents also had to deal with a super stressful, public custody battle, which didn't end so well for his mom. But as for Rocco, he's mostly keeping his distance from the spotlight.
Bindi, who's now 21, is an actress, TV personality, conservationist, singer, and dancer. The daughter of the late Steve Irwin has released five albums so far and even created two instructional fitness DVDs. She's also the proud winner of Dancing with the Stars from season 21. Most recently, Bindi made headlines for her beautiful engagement to Chandler Powell, who proposed on her 21st birthday. Younger brother Robert Irwin says he's looking forward to walking his sis down the aisle since their father can't. So sweet.
Dennis Quaid and Meg Ryan’s son, Jack, is now 27 years old and he's best known for his role as Marvel in The Hunger Games (where he made his film debut). He also recently landed a lead role in an Amazon original drama series called The Boys. Plus, he's quite the looker. We're sure there are bright things in his future in Hollywood.
James Marsden’s son is already 18 years old and he's an actor and model. He appeared in Cowboys and Demons, Raining Stones, and Prime Suspect 5 in the mid-'90s and more recently, he landed a part in Duty of Care. The teen also recently got to walk the runway at the Dolce & Gabbana Fashion Show during Milan Men's Fashion Week. Pretty cool!
Julianne Moore's daughter (aka twin), Liv, is a teen actress who has appeared in The Rebound and Trust the Man, where she made her movie debut. Trust the Man starred her mother and it was directed by her father, Bart Freundlich. Talk about a family affair! She hasn't done any acting projects recently, but here's hoping we'll see her in another role in the future!
OMG guys, remember when René-Charles surprised his mom at the 2016 Billboard Music Awards? That was already four years ago, but now, at 19, he looks so different and so much more mature! In honor of his 17th birthday, his mom, Celine Dion, shared the sweetest message for him on social media. She wrote: "I love you more and more each day, and I'm so proud of the man that you've become. Love mom." Too. Much. Cuteness.
The actress, model, and activist is now 21 years old. She signed with IMG Models in 2017 and made her film debut in the crime comedy, Gringo. Paris landed her very first role in 2017 when she guest-starred on the TV show, STAR, and she has also appeared in music videos, including Steel Panther's "She's Tight." From the look of things, it looks like Paris is just getting started! Paris was once romantically linked to Cara Delevigne but now has been with her boyfriend Gabriel Glenn for over a year. Sadly, she did a stint in the hospital in early 2019 and many reports stated she had a suicide attempt, rumors that Paris denied. She seems to be doing much better now.
If you're a big fan of her dad, Eminem, then you already know that she's been a huge inspiration for many of his songs, from "Cleaning Out My Closet" to "Hailie's Song." Now, Hailie is 23 (AND WE FEEL SO OLD). She attended Michigan State University and she's currently in a relationship, but that's pretty much all we know since she prefers to keep her personal life private. She does, however, have a huge following on Instagram, where she posts photos of herself that "accurately represents my life and is somehow still aesthetically pleasing."
Kurt Cobain and Courtney Love’s daughter is now 27 years old. In 2017, the visual artist and model became the face of Marc Jacobs' Spring/Summer Campaign. Frances was an executive producer on the HBO film about her father's life, Kurt Cobain: Montage of Heck and here's another cool fact: She appeared as a guest vocalist on Evelyn Evelyn’s song, "My Space" (although she was one of many artists whose voices got mixed together while they sang the same line).
Kathie Lee Gifford’s daughter, Cassidy, is in her mid-twenties and is pursuing an acting career. So far, she has appeared in shows like That's So Raven, Suite Life on Deck, and Blue Bloods. In 2015, she was featured in Esquire magazine as one of "18 Beautiful Women America Won't Be Able to Resist This Summer." She was also in a Hallmark movie and currently has a recurring role on The Baxters!
This pic is giving us so many flashbacks of the infamous Lil' Romeo vs. Lil' Bow Wow feud! But almost two decades later, Romeo is now 30 and swimming in success. The son of Master P. Miller is a rapper, actor, entrepreneur, fashion designer, and model who founded multiple record labels, including Guttar Music, Take A Stand, The Next Generation, and No Limit Forever. He portrayed Pablo $$ on Freeform's Famous in Love with Bella Thorne and more recently became the host on MTV's Ex On The Beach.
19 years old, Ella is an actress who's best known for her role on Disney's Old Dogs, which also starred both of her parents. She recently worked on a crime drama film called Gotti, which will be released in June. And guess what? Both of her parents will be in the movie as well. John Travolta and Kelly Preston will play John and Victoria Gotti, while Ella will play their daughter, Angel Gotti.
Ava, aka Reese Witherspoon’s mini-me, is now 20. She made her modeling debut in the lookbook for Rodarte's Fall/Winter 2018 collection. On Instagram, she shared the pic of herself in a gorgeous pink gown embellished with flowers and said: "Thank you to the one and only [Rodarte] for this incredible opportunity to play dress up and support the creativity of women!" We look forward to seeing even more of her work because honestly, she's a natural. She's also asked fans to stop saying that her boyfriend looks like her dad. (Even though he totally does.)
When we saw his photo we almost mistook him for Diddy, because he is literally the spitting image of his dad. Christian, who's now 21-years-old, has been balancing a successful music career with modeling. He's walked the runway during Fashion Week for Dolce & Gabbana and joined Tommy Jeans' Spring 2018 Campaign. In February 2018, he also released a new single called "Love You Better," featuring singer Chris Brown. Tragically, his mom Kim Porter died in late 2018 of pneumonia.
Christian's older brother, Justin, is now 25. He went to UCLA and earned a degree in Sociology, becoming the first member of Diddy's family to graduate from college. He also teamed up with former Two and a Half Men star Angus T. Jones and fellow UCLA alumni Kene Orjioke to create a multimedia and event production company called TONITE.
The young model and daughter of Christie Brinkley is now 21 years old. In 2017, she posed for Sports Illustrated’s In Her Own Words, a new platform that allows models to share their truths and empower women. Basically, she's just as cool as her mama! During New York Fashion Week 2019, Sailor and Christie hit the runway together. What a cute mommy and me moment!
Fans were shook when they realized that Robin Buckley on Stranger Things season three was played by Maya Hawke -- Ethan Hawke and Uma Thurman's 21-year-old daughter. Her screen debut was in the BBC adaptation of Little Women playing Jo in 2017, but her Netflix role definitely was her coming-out party. She attended Juilliard before dropping out for her BBC role. Clearly that worked out for her just fine!
