By now, we’ve all heard the phrase, “cash me outside, how bout dah,” made popular by a teen guest on the Dr. Phil show. 13-year-old Danielle Bregoli was a guest on an episode titled, ”I Want to Give Up My Car-Stealing, Knife-Wielding, Twerking 13-Year-Old Daughter Who Tried to Frame Me for a Crime,” and has become popular for her push-the-envelope antics. Now, Bregoli’s mom is the one making headlines, as she is being sued for a violent attack caused, in part, by the teen.

Kimberly Peterson, a 27-year-old in Lake Worth, was out with her fiance at a pizza parlor last month when they were both allegedly attacked by a group of people. Among them was none other than Danielle Bregoli.

Peterson says she overheard Bregoli arguing with someone when she told the teen she should go home. It seems Bregoli did not take kindly to this, and decided to first verbally assault Peterson and her fiance. Afterward, things got physical.

In a video on CBS 4 Miami, you can see some of the brutal beat down, which resulted in, among other things, a broken nose and thumb on Peterson.

Peterson is now suing Bregoli’s mom. Her attorney, Gary Lesser, explains why:

”Under Florida law, Barbara Ann Bregoli is responsible for these violent actions of her 13-year-old daughter which she has allowed to continue to happen. (Ms. Bregoli) has a responsivity to keep her daughter safe from harm and to keep her 13-year-old daughter from causing harm to other people.”

Meanwhile, Danielle has been fielding numerous offers for a reality TV show. We’ll have to see if the lawsuit puts a pin in that.
