STFU Good Morning America! Blair Koenig Shares Her Parental Over-Shares Book

Our (Yes, we are very possessive of Blair, me especially) Blair Koenig is appearing on Good Morning America to share her first book, STFU Parents: The Jaw-Dropping, Self-Indulgent, And Occasionally Rage-Inducing World Of Parent Overshare – BUY IT HERE–  and will be attending a party this evening for her first (as Koa puts it) “Bouncing baby book.” Awwwww!

The STFU Parents book is hilarious you guys, and I can’t recommend it enough as a baby shower gift, and it’s perfect to add to those piles of nipples and burp cloths you give to those new parents.

I’m watching Good Morning America and tweeting at Blair as she posts updates from her feed!

I talked to Blair the other day and she had this to say:

I went on TODAY the last time, and this time is a little different because I’m not newly “out” of the closet, and I’m not solely talking about A) the blog, or B) how I’m “childless.” GMA actually did a taped segment (not with me in it — you can see it here) back in October, and now they’re having me on to talk about the book. But it’ll be a fun segment and I’ve been told that there shouldn’t be any big surprises regarding the questions (though I’m guessing they will mention that I don’t have kids myself, etc.). I’m definitely nervous because morning TV (or any TV) appearances are inherently nerve-wracking, but I’m also looking forward to the show because I was shocked at what GMA included in their taped segment. Some of the images are of stuff that I was nervous about posting on the blog because they’re so gross, and seeing them on national morning television was really hilarious and amazing.

 

I hope they show placenta pics!

She will be on at 8:45 and I will post the video as soon as we have it. In the meantime, go buy your copy of the book so you can make yourself hurt from laughing.
