Paris Jackson and Godfather Macaulay Culkin Just Got Matching Tattoos

Model and actress Paris Jackson is best known as the daughter of the late King of Pop, Michael Jackson. The 19-year-old also happens to be the goddaughter of former child-star (and recently turned hunky) Macaulay Culkin, who was also a close friend of her dad’s. Jackson and Culkin have been close her entire life, even after the death of her father. Not long ago, she posted an image on social media where she was giving the Home Alone star a pedicure. More recently, though, Paris Jackson and Macaulay Culkin were spotted getting matching tattoos, and of course, we want all the deets.

According to PEOPLE, the model headed to Tattoo Mania Parlor in West Hollywood with Culkin to get the ink done. Jackson decided to make it part of her Instagram story on Saturday, sharing an image of the new spoon tattoos each is now sporting on their forearm. No details have emerged over the significance of the spoons themselves. Some twitter users have made jokes that it could refer to former heroin use. However, spoon tattoos are also sported by folks in the online community who refer to themselves as spoonies””people living and dealing with chronic illness. Of course, it could just be a reference to their favorite piece of silverware, an inside joke, or something else entirely.

Jackson is no stranger to body mods, with roughly 50 tattoos reportedly drawn all over her body. This was Culkin’s first time getting a tattoo, though it could always be the start of a new love affair with ink.

Jackson has shared other memorable moments with Culkin on her social media pages in the past, including one from earlier this year, sitting in Culkin’s lap while wearing bunny ears.

Meanwhile, Culkin has been making his own headlines thanks to his fresh, new look via a shorter hair cut, and thick-rimmed ‘hipster’ glasses. More than that, though, is his much more healthful appearance after apparently going sober after a long-rumored battle with addiction. He was photographed purchasing Parliaments and making the internet’s collective heart a-flutter.
