Kris Jenner Swung By ‘The View’ To Talk North West’s Name Just In Time To Promote Her New Talk Show

Kris Jenner couldn’t have timed her third grandbaby any better. Just when the momager is fielding press inquiries about the long-awaited North West, she has a talk show debuting July 15th. Hence why she rolled over to The View to discuss both promotional platforms: a grandchild to pimp out and a new product for consumption. All in a day’s work for mama Jenner.

On The View couch, the Kardashian matriarch espoused the reasoning behind the name North West. Your guess on this PR gibberish is as good as mine:

”The way [Kim] explained it to me was that North means Highest Power, and she says that North is their highest point together…I thought that was really sweet.”

I would’ve thought that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West‘s highest point together would be fame — or money. Or Lamborghini! Look out for that sibling. But Barbara Walters is right there cracking North West jokes with the rest of us, nominating the following for future brothers and sisters:

• East West
• South West
• West West

YOU GO, Barbara!

But Kris also implied that she wasn’t quite savvy to her granddaughter’s nickname — “Nori”  — that has been floating around. Is that part rumor? Or perhaps she’s too busy saying “North West” on her Kris Jenner talk show press tour to give even know/care.
