If you’ve been dying to know what the second season of “This is Us” will bring (besides boxes and boxes of tissues), the wait is over. NBC has released it’s fall TV schedule, and the lineup includes all of our favorites from last season, exciting new programming, and the blast from the past revival that has us all stockpiling adult juice boxes in anticipation. The fall TV schedule kicks off the week of September 25th, so clear your calendars and DVRs and start making freezer meals now, so you don’t miss a single premiere.

Singing competition “The Voice” starts the week off with a three-night season premiere, beginning Monday, September 25 at 8 p.m. Season 12 of the popular show brings some changes to the judges panel, with mega-talent singer/actress/diva Jennifer Hudson taking her seat in the red chair. She joins fellow newbie Miley Cyrus and veteran coaches Adam Levine and Blake Shelton.

Last season’s breakout hit, “This is Us” will keep it’s home on Tuesday nights, with season two debuting on September 26 at 9 p.m. While we’re not entirely sure what this season has in store for the Pearson family, rest assured that it will probably be heart wrenching and you will have puffy eyes every Wednesday morning until next summer.

Thursdays once again belong to JUST JACK! as “Will and Grace” makes its triumphant return to the small screen for a 12-episode run on September 28 at 9 p.m. The premise of the show has been kept pretty tightly under wraps, and honestly we have questions. Did Jack ever find love? Are Will and Grace still life partners? Has Karen completely pickled herself from the inside out? We wouldn’t miss this one for the world.
