Jessica Simpson Is Going On A Family Christmas Trip To Hawaii So People Think She’s Planning A Top Secret Wedding

Here’s to Jessica Simpson doing a 180 and actually running away from the limelight for once. That’s right, you heard correct. No blatant Weight Watchers plugs interwoven with her personal life or grabs for magazine covers. This time, Jessica Simpson is surprising all of us and reportedly taking her impending nuptials away from us. She is apparently determined to get this wedding off the ground despite some family issues and another baby on the way — and privately.

Radar Online reports that the pregnant mother of one will be jet-setting to the totally non-wedding-ish location of Hawaii with fiance Eric Johnson along with “close family and friends.” It’s expected that they’ll be there through the holidays and all signs point to wedding apparently :

”No one quite knows what is being planned, but family members are speculating that they could be planning a surprise wedding.”

If “surprise wedding” in any way indicates “low key” or “private,”  then mazel tov! Here’s to one aspect of this mother’s private life not being coordinated by People magazine, Weight Watchers, or even her very business-savvy parents. Enjoy those virgin pina coladas and do mind the paps trying catch that ever lucrative, and skeezy, fat-shaming bikini shot.
