I’m Envious Of Bethenny Frankel’s Daughter Bryn’s New Bedroom

Bethenny FrankelBethenny Frankel apparently has been partaking in upkeep that has nothing to do with her marriage. The mother of one shared the above image of her 2-year-old daughter Bryn’s new bedroom, which looks freshly torn from an issue of Dwell.

Bethenny writes that her daughter is a big pink fan, but in an effort to not have an “overwhelming” bedroom, the mother opted for soft “buttercreams” and pale pinks. As a big pink girl myself, as well as a fan of Victorian-esque aesthetics and frills, I realize now that my own adult bedroom is a failed version of toddler Bryn’s. Major thanks to Bethenny though for that “buttercreams” tip!

Yet while I might be more inclined to line my apartment walls with dainty florals, I see that Bethenny chose her daughter’s favorite animal, monkeys, as wallpaper. And, of course, there would be no point at all in Bethenny sharing this information without a shameless commercial plug:

I am OCD.  I LOVE organization, and it’s especially important in a child’s room, where it is so easy to get messy.  The toy chest at the foot of the bed provides a ”home” for all of Bryn’s small toys.  I picked this furniture from Bellini because it’s clean, pretty, and classic furniture that could be used for years to come.

Bellini. That’s where the kid and I differ.
