Activist Group Anonymous Ruins Hunter Moore’s Revenge Porn Fun, Says He Does Not Validate Ages For Those Ass Snaps

For those of you unfamiliar with Hunter Moore, he is a 26-year-old Internet entrepreneur who has profited off of people, usually men, being able to upload sexually explicit photos and videos without a victim’s permission, and include screen grabs of Facebook accounts and links to Twitter accounts so if seeing someone’s private photos wasn’t enough, you could stalk contact them via social media. It was basically designed for public humiliation, where revengeful exes could share private images they had received after they were dumped by their partner. Is Anyone Up? is gone, sold to an anti-bullying website who wanted the traffic that 5 million web hits a month could provide, but Hunter Moore is back, and was all ready to make you “question if you ever wanted to have kids.” From Gawker:

The welcome letter on his new portal for misogynist shitheads, huntermoore.tv, rewrites history from his perspective: “Is Anyone Up” was evil because of “what the media turned it into,” not because he was profiting off photos of women (and sometimes girls, hence the FBI investigation that led to the shutdown of his site) without their consent, and cyber-bullying is a “lame and boring fad that soccer moms love,” not an epidemic that often prompts teenagers to kill themselves.

He would have succeeded too, if it weren’t for those meddling kids Anonymous who ruined all of Hunter Moore’s fun by declaring a formal vendetta against him:

Greetings Citizens of the world, we are anonymous. Operation Hunt Hunter #OpHuntHunter has gained notoriety worldwide with thousands of supporters to take down Hunter Moore, revenge porn king, who upon release of his new site huntermoore.tv will post pictures that jilted exes have submitted with the intention of revenge.  His previous site isanyoneup.com linked to their social profiles, leading to a surge in online bullying the likes of which the world has never seen. On his new site he plans to port over content from the is anyone up violating terms of service with bullyville, the person that bought his site out.He also plans to launch a new mapping feature that could enable the stalking and possible rape of submitted victims. December the 6th at approximately 2 am eastern time the team infiltrated the site and defaced it after a day of denial of service attacks on his servers, and his merchandise chain.

As a mom with a young daughter, I’m terrified of her growing up in a world where people like Hunter Moore would think nothing of basically providing a map to where she could be raped and murdered. According to my sources, Hunter Moore doesn’t even age verify so basically he could be hosting child porn on his website. It warms my heart to no end to think a group of hacktivists are out there putting a stop to this sort of bullying bullshit that has taken over the Internet. In this case, Anonymous is everything good in the world you guys. They are Batman and heroes and this soccer mom is so proud of them for standing up to bullying.
