Celebrity Tots In Love: Alicia Keys’ Son Egypt Has Been Smooching Blue Ivy Carter — And Jay-Z Isn’t Happy

Alicia Keys and EgyptLittle kids in love are the cutest, right? And daddies who just want to protect their baby girls? Equally adorable. Well check out today’s edition of “Things That Make You Go Awwww,” for a double dose of sweetness brought to you by two of the entertainment industry’s most admired families.

Alicia Keys visited The Wendy Williams Show today where she shared a personal anecdote that could put a smile on anyone’s face. The mom of 2-year-old Egypt was asked about any possible playdates with the Knowles-Carter family and shared a story from a recent encounter at their recording studio. Keys shared:

“Egypt kissed Blue, and I don’t think Jay liked it very much. He called my husband and was like, ‘Watch your son.'”

Aw! A toddler Lothario falling in love with one of the most well-known babies in the world. Who can’t imagine little 1-year-old Blue Ivy giggling after her buddy gave her an innocent little peck on the cheek. And then the half-joking, half-totally serious conversation between Jay-Z and Swizz Beatz, where Dad steps in to protect his little girl.

The cuteness is overflowing.

Even better, we recently learned that Blue Ivy has been copying some of her mom’s dance moves. So we can now take our little daydream farther and imagine Blue Ivy telling little Egypt to put a ring on it with her mom’s signature hand flip.

And don’t worry. I promise it’s not weird that we’re imagining an entire situation between two toddlers that we’ll never meet. It’s not even the toddlers themselves that matter in this scenario. Absolutely any little kid is cute when they’re falling in love. Blue Ivy and Egypt are just super sweet, famous examples. You can switch them out for children you actually know if it makes you feel better.
