There’s No Way You Won’t Cry After Seeing This Toddler Tear Up Watching Her Parent’s Wedding Song

OH man, the Internet is OVER. How can parents expect us normal humans to go about our normal human days when they keep posting insanely adorable videos like this where they play a song for their kid and their kid starts tearing up and UGH THAT FACE THAT FAAAAAAAAACE.

This is just beyond cute. Why don’t they just add some baby kittens mewing or some hedgehogs taking a sink bath and go ahead and kill us all with cuteness already?

I’m going to spend my day imagining some long-off world where this little girl gets married or graduates college or has her own baby and this song and this video plays during that momentous life event and it’s like some big weepy circle of life thing.

I love at the end where she has just decided all this emotion is TOO MUCH and asks her mom to switch the video, probably to something less tear-inducing like the Dora The Explorer theme. It’s just all TOO MUCH.

So cute. I have never tried this with my own kids probably because they are all old and unfeeling robots now but quick someone hand me a baby so I can put on some Tom Waits or something.

RIGHT? I need a new video that shows mom buying her ice cream or a pony or a million toys after this

Man, I wish my kids had a similar reaction. After we got married (all of the kids were in attendance), my mom asked our oldest son what he had just seen and he replied, “A funeral.” Turns out, they don’t have to be old to be unfeeling robots. :-P

I hope you wrote this down and put it in your wedding album

        You’d better believe it. ;)

Aaaaaaaak. I’m leaking! Little kids, man, their emotions are just so close to the surface. I remember getting teary when my mom played a certain song on the piano as a little one. I was just so moved.

      My eyes!!!
Invisible ninjas are cutting onions near me again!

My kids (step) keep joking saying after we’re married, they’re going to run from the building screaming NOOOOOOOOOO

My Beau told his eldest (14) the other week that we’d probably be getting married this year and her reaction was apparently a “well duh”. Hope they might get a little interested in it closer to the time.
BTW, don’t want to sound creepy but I would love to meet up since we seem to be living quite similar lives.

        lol that’s totally non-creepy. =)
I loved the typical teenage reaction lol “DUH”, cos everything us parents do is soooo stupid/obvious haha

I got really worried when we told the kids their father had proposed to me, the youngest started crying. She was 6 at the time.

I just looked at the Hairy Man with an “OOOHHH SHIT” look on my face.
We asked her was she ok, we didn’t mean to upset her, etc.

She looks up with her little face all serious and tears spraying like a cartoon, and says- “Eh these are HAPPY tears, obviously.”

        LOL!
        That told us!

Also, it’ll make a great facepalm meme, or a “you’re terrible and make me cry” meme.

Oh my god…how PRECIOUS! *tear* Mine cries when I sing too, followed by one of her only sentences “No more mama” as she runs away. I admit it, my feelings are terribly hurt. She does it when I dance too. :(

If it makes you feel better, my kid used to like when I sang to her (or so I thought). Now, while she insists on having music on, if I sing along it’s, “No, Mommy! No!”
