It was announced on a page created to honor the memory of their two precious children – allegedly killed by their nanny last year.

Marina Krim returned to her NYC apartment to find her two children slain in a bathtub. Her third child was with her when the horrific murders took place and was unharmed.

There was an image of Marina in an ambulance after she found her children. Her face was pressed up against the glass – it is an image that has been burned on my brain ever since. I just remember thinking – this is what pain looks like. This is what loss looks like. I’ve held a special place for her in my heart since I saw that picture. I’m so happy to hear today that her and her husband have had a healthy baby.

I can’t even begin to imagine the pain of losing a child. I so admire this family that has been really strong in the face of the most horrific circumstances and have shown that you can go on – even after experiencing something so horrible. They are such a symbol of hope.

I join everyone else who mourned their horrible loss by saying, Congratulations! May this baby bring you the joy that you so deserve – and help your family to heal as much as humanly possible.

The allegedly in the title is a bit odd.

I thought the nanny got convicted?

She’s been charged and been found fit to stand trial – but she hasn’t been convicted yet.

So glad everything went well for them. This is a family who do not need any more sorrow in their lives.
