These are great! I wasn’t big enough to be showing on any Halloween I was pregnant for, otherwise I would have rocked the last one.

Me too! I was thrilled by the timing of my pregnancy for the most part (got knocked up at the end of July, so no dealing with summer heat in late pregnancy) until I realized I wouldn’t be showing enough to do a hilarious belly-related Halloween costume.

On the other hand, more Halloweens where your baby is young enough that you can dress them up in something stupid and/or hilarious and they won’t care. See: the dad who dressed his toddler sons as Walter White and Jesse Pinkman.

Did Eve come to your house and force you to say that? Is she holding you hostage under threat of throat punch?

    • Alex Lee

I have an open-door policy with Eve. She doesn’t have to bust my door down (but she’d probably prefer entering my home that way – you know how a girl loves to make an entrance…)

We think alike. We have very similar interests. But sometimes a placenta is just….well, you know…

I spend most Halloweens sitting on the couch with scary movies and booze, wishing desperately that THIS year the real evil spirits will show up, that the crack between this world and the spirit world will finally open up and I can be well and truly scared.

It’s kind of like the adult version of Linus and the Great Pumpkin.
