While London is turning into nothing less than a Grade A clusterfuck as Kate Middleton‘s due date looms, soon-to-be daddy Prince William caught up with grandma Queen Elizabeth for a top secret ROYAL STUFFS only meeting. Please tell me that they were hammering out the details for the International Royal Baby Tour.
Us Weekly reports that Prince William had a secret meet up with Queen Elizabeth on American Independence Day (coincidence?). An occasion that required some fancy attire, it seems:
An insider tells Us that William, 31, packed a large bag and freshly pressed suit before leaving Kensington Palace (where he is staying with his pregnant wife) to head to Sandringham Castle in Norfolk, England. There, the source tells Us the dad-to-be had “private meeting” with Queen Elizabeth, 87.
Now, the easy hypothetical context here is baby names talk, as Kate and William reportedly have not yet agreed on a royal baby name (just a royal baby title with TBDs). This is not completely unfounded speculation because back when Kate and William were fianceed, William ferried the wedding guest list over to grandma for advice too. She’s a lady of all advice trades, clearly.
I can envision William sharing his top 10 baby names list with Queen Elizabeth over some tasty, tasty scones and some swank ass tea. But if he’s just getting advice on excellent pregnant foot rubs, that’s cool too.
