Don’t Worry Preggos, Channing Tatum Says The Cankles & Bloating & Constant Heartburn Is Super Sexy

Channing TatumAlright, Channing Tatum might not have said those exact words. I can’t really imagine the Magic Mike star saying the word “cankles.” But he is talking about how super sexy pregnancy is, at least on his wife Jenna Dewan-Tatum.

“I think it’s one of the sexiest things ever!” the actor told reporters over the weekend. And really, Tatum was this year’s “Sexiest Man Alive.” He knows what sexy looks like.

We all know about the hormone surges that can turn pregnant ladies into serious vixens. I”m not going to speculate about Dewan-Tatum’s second trimester hormones, because that’s just presumptuous. But I will say that I doubt Tatum is the only husband to be pleasantly surprised by this little pregnancy symptom.

And it’s no surprise that the wife of this doting soon-to-be dad is enjoying the finer points of pregnancy. When talking about how much he pampers his wife, the actor admitted, “I’ll go to the store to pick up shakes or give her 1000 foot rubs. A foot rub now through the nine months if I have to, just to keep her happy and comfortable.”

Let’s all just take a minute to think about months of foot rubs from Channing Tatum. Seriously. If you need to be excused, we’ll understand.

So what else does this sexy husband have to say about his sexy pregnant wife? Apparently her cravings are fitting in perfectly with their entire sexy theme. What does the Step Up star want to eat during her pregnancy? Chocolate. ”She never really ate sweets before, but she loves sweets now,” he explained. Oh of course she does.

It shouldn’t be a surprise that everything about this awesome couple is endearing and yes, a little sexy. Tatum even makes changing diapers into a swoon-worthy event. Just think about all the estrogen that will start flowing once we get pictures of this man with his new little one. If there’s anything more attractive than a doting husband, it’s a doting father.

My husband is the same. He keeps telling me how beautiful I am pregnant. and for a man who wouldn’t rub my shoulders after I spent a month dealing with tension headaches he is constantly asking if I need a foot rub. Since I am sure this will stop once I give birth the answer is always yes.
