Pregnant Drew Barrymore‘s wedding has been called an “intimate” affair despite the celebrity guest list. Pregnant Hollywood compatriot Reese Witherspoon was in attendance with her husband Jim Toth as everyone munched on lobster rolls and steak tartare. But despite Drew’s admirable disinterest in using her unborn baby as a way to sell us her own line of bibs, her pregnant belly was prominently featured at her wedding as confirmed by this People magazine cover.
Will Kopelman‘s downward glance to Drew’s tummy is definitely a classic fatherly moment if I ever did see one, hence why People snatched it up. At present, Drew has not confirmed her pregnancy to the press, keeping absolutely mum about mummyhood. Our only sources are friends and rumored bridesmaids, like Cameron Diaz, who reportedly recited E.E. Cummings poem “I Carry Your Heart With Me” at the wedding — you know, kind of like she did in In Her Shoes?
Cameron apparently isn’t gabbing about her close friend’s baby to the tabloids in the meantime, keeping all details strictly about the wedding:
“The day was perfect,” the Charlie’s Angels actress gushed to People magazine. “Everyone we love and care about was there. It was fun and meaningful as we could ever have hoped.”
“Everyone we love” extended to include Drew’s new little one, of course.
